Week 35: 6/28/2018: Corn Hole Champs
Great things are happening here in Georgia and I'm loving my home away from home.
Lat Monday we had zone P day and it was so much fun! We had a "lake day" with of course no swimming, but there was volleyball, frisbee, soccer, corn hole, and hot dogs. The only game I could play was corn hole, but another sister and I were the corn hole champs! It was a fun day with great people 😊
This week we were able to find a few new investigators which is awesome! While knocking, we talked to a man who was leaving his house and he told us to come back the next day. Of course we went back, and he wasn't home but his wife Nancy was. Nancy let us come and and teach her! We were able to testify of Christ and help her to feel the Saviors love. We go back this Tuesday!
On Thursday we had interviews with President Marsh, and I just love that guy! President Marsh pushes me to be better and try harder each day, and I am very grateful for that. I continue to take his challenge of memorizing each chapters theme from the Book of Mormon, and I am in Alma! I know the Book of Mormon has power in every page and I am grateful I get to invite others to read it every day.
I love my mission and I love being a servant of the Lord! That k you for all of the love and support because it really does help. Hope y'all have a great week! Lots of love.
