Week 57: 11/26/2018: GA 2 NC

I loved being able to witness so many miracles this week, and I know the Lord is not done!

Being in a trio has been such a blessing, and I love Sister Hoffman and Sister Nicosia so much! This week we had a lot of fun while tracting in the wind and rain, going to North Carolina, exchanges, and having a great thanksgiving day!

On Thanksgiving we had a great time visiting different families from the ward, and one family in particular. The Mcguigan family had us over for dinner, and it was a great experience. We had planned to eat with them at 4pm, but they sent us a text that we never got saying they were going to eat 2 hours later. We got there at 4, and the dinner was not ready, but of course we could not stay at their house that long. The Mcguigans kids and grandkids did not waste a minute to jump up from the table and begin cooking so we could eat! It was so sweet 😊

Along with that dinner, one of the daughters shared a special experience with us. Her name is Rachel and she was upstairs putting her baby to sleep, when she felt a different spirit enter the home. She didn't know we were in the house, but continued to feel a special spirit. She came down the stairs, saw us, and then went into the bathroom to cry. She said the spirit overwhelmed her, and she wanted to let us know that missionaries are truly set apart for their calling. How cool!

I also had a unique experience at church yesterday. I was having an off day, and thought that I was hiding it, but one of the members I'm close with noticed a difference in me. She asked if I was okay and I said I was alright and that was the end of the conversation. After church she came back up to me and told me she wasn't going to ask if I was okay, but that God told her she needed to talk to me. She said that Heavenly Father wanted me to know that He loves me and is aware of me. I had tears in my eyes bevause it meant so much to me to be reminded that He loves me individually, as well as everyone else.

I hope everyone has a great week! Lots of love
