Week 27: 4/23/18: It's Great Because it's True!

This week has been eventful, that's for sure! Life in Laurel Springs is great!

We started out the week by becoming a new zone! The best news is that our mission now goes into North Carlolina! Just a little bit of North Carolina, but it's still so cool! I know that the Lord is hastening His work in the GANM.

We had a lot of interesting tracting experiences this week.. 🤣 some are not completely appropriate to share on my weekly, so y'all will just have to wait until I get home to hear it all. LoL. Let's just say, we saw A LOT more of some people than we wanted to see ha! Missions are so great! We also had some spiritual tracting experiences this week. The other day we were walking up to this lady's house, and she opened the door before we even knocked. She began to tell us that she thought she had heard the doorbell seconds before we were there. So crazy!

On Sunday we had a faith building experience, and it shows that God is very aware of us. Sister Holman and I woke up and were getting ready to go tracting, but our phone would not work. The screen went completely black and nothing would turn on. We prayed and then went tracting anyway. We knew that we could come home and our phone would be fixed, and that's exactly what happened. We went to turn it on and it worked like nothing had happened before. It was awesome! Relief Society on Sunday was also filled with the spirit. In class, we talked about devine design and how there are no such things as "coincidences". As the sisters shared their experiences with divine design, the spirit was so strong. The gospel is great! I love it ❤

We live in a complex with older people, and they are the sweetest! We met a guy named Richard and he is from Germany. The first time we met him Richard asked me what was so great about the Gospel and I said, "Because it's true." We saw him yesterday and Richard said, "Just tell everyone what you told me. It's great because it's true." So cute, and true!

I hope everyone has a great week, and remember that the Lord is in the details. Love y'all!
