Week 33: 6/11/2018: Change is Good

Happy 8 month mark! It is crazy how fast time goes because I feel like I just left the MTC. I love being on my mission, and I had a good second week in Level Creek.

This week started out with exchanges, and I had a great time in Gainesville! I got to go with Sister Aiono, and I love her! I learned a lot from her, and we also found out that I met her cousin in the MTC! Small world!

On Wednesday we had a lot of lessons to teach, and we also helped a lady in the ward clean her house. The lessons were great, and I love being able to teach people the gospel! The best part was helping the member clean her house. Let's just say her house needed a lot of help, but I am grateful we were able to help her. It was an adventure, and let's just leave it at the fact that we found fudge from 2007 lol. After cleaning for awhile we had to go, but decided to reward ourselves with an ice cream from McDonalds because some really awesome members from Laurel Springs gave me a gift card to my fav place. It was great!

This week we have zone conference and a doctor's apt. for my foot! It will be a good week 😊 This past week has been very challenging for me, but I know it will help me grow and become a better missionary. We go through a lot of trials, but without them we couldn't grow into who God wants us to be. Change is hard, but in the end it is for the best. Being on my mission has taught me so much, and I am forever grateful for my time as a missionary. Even if there are hard weeks, days, or transfers, I love it ❤

I love y'all so much! Thank you for the support and love.. It means the world to me. Also, I got a Shania Twain shirt so I'm a happy sister lol! I'm very thankful for the member in my ward who took my money and got me a shirt 🤣 #blessings
