Week 46: 9/10/2018: Blast to the Past
This email has to be short because we have to spend the day driving to Woodstock.
I will just mention a few of the highlights from me week, and begin by talking about zone conference. This zone conference was awesome! Sister Willener and I gave a training about the importance of time, and in preparing for this we were able to crunch some numbers together (yes!). We found out that 34% of the average mission is spent sleeping.. crazy! When we saw this it proved just how important time is, even if we only have a little bit.
The best part of my week was getting to go back "home." I got to go back to Laurel Springs for the day!! One of my old investigators, Jen, got baptized! She was the very first lesson I ever taught in my mission, and I got to see her get baptized about 11 monthd later. Being back in Laurel Springs was a blast, and I got to see some of my favorite people! I truly am blessed with the greatest people in my life! Watching Jen take that first step towards Heavenly Father was incredible. I know faith overcomes any doubts that we have, but we have to be willing to let faith take over.
